Unit 1 p6 + M2

The advantages of being paperless is that you dont have to go tot a postbox, you can stay at home or your office but you can also do it in a few clicks witch is very simple there are more good things witch is it is neater and greener, it also saves space in your draws, there's better security as you know it gets to the person where as the post you might not count on the post to deliver it.
the next thing is that its very simple and its done in a few click.
Also you could be saving trees getting cut down.
its Eco friendly.
you save on cab nit space and you save on paper space and things like that

the disadvantages of this is if you get a virus on your computer it will delete, but also if you accidently put it in the wrong folder on your computer you probably wont find it, but the last thing is if its an emergency and your internet is off you wont be able to send it

it also better for you as you wont make mistakes in your spelling the computer will correct that,so going paperless is very good
theres also security issues.
theres human errors
theres automation(can cost money and time)
theres bugs and break downs

M2:

some of the risks of using a ict based system is that if one of the workers goes on internet, downloads something it may have a virus, this virus will be like a human virus, it will keep spreading until it gets caught,it could  delete important and valuable files that are needed for new designs. or one of the workers could accidently  delete a very important file and you wouldn't get that file back, also hackers could get into the system and delete everything a take over it! You can protect your data base by using the privacy settings and getting a good security software like McAfee or Norton  But also if you delete some important files they will be gone forever.

Also if your using a big ict based system for a company you can get spam maybe of another company maybe advertising there business, the next is your privacy, say you load up something like a photo and someone copyrights that, thats hard to get back as its on the net,and if your on a school system it may be hard to control all those computers from getting viruses and blocking the web from different websites and those things.

also if you get cyber bullied by you co workers tell your line manager of the boss of you line and they may have a look at the system and might do something about it.

another risk is spam you might need to put a restriction on the comments so that people in the office or outside cant spam on your work or anything like that

Other risks are plagiarism and that can be a risk of like people copying your work, basically when people copy your work they could get your email and then they can send you a email that looks like your bank then they ask for your details and if you enter them they can go on your bank account take money or do anything with it! so thats a big risk.

Common blogger safety
UNIT 1  D1

Well these are just a few things that can keep your things safe on blogger and any other blog or post website
The first thing you can do is not post you password online
The next thing you can do is NEVER post you information, for example 16 lick street nn122 dfpg or anything like that
Or don’t give you real name out OR any bank details
If you give out bank details people Will use those bank details use it for whatever they want maybe something on the net ,then it obviously going to take it out of your account with your money so NEVER GIVE OUT YOUR DETAILS WHERE YOU LIVE,OR ANYTHING TO DO WITH CREDIT CARDS!

The ways of protecting your JPG images or media videos or whatever you post is easy! just don't make them author and set you privacy settings to what you want and you can do this at your home page, or you could just not set your privacy settings and let everyone see.

I think that blogger is an effective means of communication within a large organization because it has an easy-to-use layout and the design is cool and easily accessible.

Also, its like an online word, because it lets you change font type, size, color, bold, underline and italics. It has many themes to choose from, fitting both genders and what type of colors all people like, also it lets you upload your own photos from you computer to put as your background. Most importantly, its user friendly because it lets you upload anything from writing, to pictures, videos and documents.

The accessibility is good, because it lets you access it from your computer, phone, iPad, iPod, etc. Pretty much anything with the internet. But also say if your a head management of something you can post a blogger post and then your workers can comment on it and say if its a good idea or not
